For clients who can’t access our US locations easily, we provide an alternate solution. You can always ship your parcel to our headquarters located in Port Reading, NJ via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express) and we will forward it to the desirable destination.

To ship a parcel to our headquarters, please follow the steps:

1. Use a rigid, preferably new paper box. Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. If there is any empty space between your contents and the parcel walls, please use proper cushioning material such as paper, bubble wrap or polystyrene to prevent the contents from moving and to ensure sufficient protection. Make sure that the contents do not move when you shake the container;

2. Proper closure of your parcel is important. To close a box securely, use a strong tape and put it on the corners of the parcels to ensure safety and security of your shipment;

3. Proper labeling is crucial to ensure fast and efficient delivery. On one surface of the box, in left upper corner please write the sender’s full name, address with zip code and phone number.

4. In the center, below the sender’s address place recipient’s full name, address with postal code and phone number with the area code;

5. Fill out the shipping receipt (Straight Bill of Landing). Click HERE to download the shipping receipt.

Do not forget to write your and recipient phone number on the declaration form and select the type of packages.

We remind you that all packages, including gift packages over 45EUR are subject to customs in all of the European Union.

6. Please verify that the information given on the shipping receipt is correct and only after place your signature;

7. Place personal check or money order together with the shipping receipt in an envelope. Seal and place the envelope on your parcel in the place so it covers the recipient’s address;

8. Clearly write the address of our company (see below) on the envelope you just put on the parcel:

9. The parcel is ready for shipment.

To help accurate routing and prompt delivery of your shipment, make sure to fill out the shipping receipt clearly and correctly. The shipping receipts are required at Customs and any missing fields will cause delays in delivery. The following fields, highlighted in gray, should be filled out:
